With more than 19 years of experience supporting private families in high-demand markets, Letavia Bernard is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of At Ease Family and FlexCare Solutions — formerly operating as At Ease Family Solutions and At Ease FlexCare Solutions, now unified under one elevated brand serving homes and estates nationwide.
What began as a premier long-term placement agency evolved into a comprehensive home and estate staffing firm after Letavia identified a critical gap in the industry. More than five years ago, she expanded the company to include on-call backup care and corporate childcare partnerships, creating a full-service staffing model designed for modern families and executive households.
Today, At Ease delivers strategic staffing solutions for private homes and estates, including long-term placements, rotational professionals, estate-level staff, and flexible care services tailored to each household’s needs.
Letavia’s leadership is rooted in partnership. She works closely with parents, principals, and corporate leaders to design staffing strategies that create structure, discretion, and stability — empowering families to operate at their highest level.
A former medical professional with 14 years of healthcare experience, certified Life Coach through Life Purpose Institute, and seasoned entrepreneur, Letavia leads with precision, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.
She operates with a clear standard: when families are supported with structure, discretion, and excellence at home, they are positioned to thrive in every other area of life.
Outside of her leadership role, Letavia is faith-driven and family-centered. She enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, dancing, cooking, listening to gospel and R&B music, and embracing life to its fullest potential.
