Our premium household and estate providers deliver a broad range of services and have expertise in their fields.

We require a high level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism from all of our domestic professional candidates.

Become a Home & Estate Professional

To be considered for a childcare or household position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Legally permitted to work in the U.S.

  • Pass all background checks

  • Outstanding Employment References

  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience related to the position

  • CPR & First-Aid certified (Infant, Child & Adult)

  • Up-to-date immunizations, including COVID-19, negative TB test, and proof of additional vaccines upon request

  • Trustline Registered or willing to be (childcare roles only; California) 

  • Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance

  • Excellent Driving Record

  • Reliable transportation

  • Degrees, Certifications, and Licenses (if required for the position)

  • Successfully pass a phone screening and interview

  • Speak, read and write English (bilingual is a plus but not required)

  • Reliable & Positive Attitude
